Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Sacred Blue Studios Inc ("we") for the Panjo app and the panjo.app website. By using Panjo you accept them.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Panjo for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be 13 or older to create an account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse other players, or attempt to interfere with the service.

Purchases, subscriptions, and Shells

• Purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms.
• "Shells" and other in-game currency or rewards have no monetary value, are not redeemable for money, and may be adjusted, reset, or discontinued as part of game balancing.
• Content included with a subscription is available while the subscription is active. Packs bought outright remain yours.

Your content

Songs you create in Panjo are yours. You represent that content you create or import does not infringe anyone else's rights. If sharing features are available to you, you grant us the licence needed to host and display what you choose to share, and you can stop sharing it at any time.

Playing with others

Bands, challenges, and leaderboards involve other real people. Do not harass other players, impersonate others, or use offensive names. We may remove content or restrict multiplayer access for conduct that harms other players.

Our content

The Panjo software, design, artwork, sounds, and name are the property of Sacred Blue Studios Inc and its licensors. Song arrangements included in Panjo are either original, licensed, or based on public-domain works. See copyright for attribution details.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service; do not attempt to access other players' data; do not use Panjo to break the law.

Disclaimer and liability

Panjo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Panjo is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update Panjo, these terms, or discontinue features. When terms change materially we will update the date above and provide notice; continued use after notice means you accept the changes. You can stop using Panjo at any time, and may delete your account from Settings.
